Disclaimer
Last updated: June 2026
This Disclaimer applies to the website winerack.irish, operated by Wine Rack Company, a division of Caruso Consulting Co Ltd ("we", "us" or "our"). By using this site you accept the terms below. It does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
General information only
The content on this site is provided for general information about our products. We work to keep it accurate and up to date, but we make no guarantee that everything is complete, current or error free at all times. Specifications, pricing and availability can change without notice.
Product descriptions and images
We describe our wine racks and glass racks as accurately as we can. Colours can appear differently on different screens, and timber, bamboo and plated or powder-coated metal finishes vary slightly from one batch to the next, so small differences between an image and the product you receive are normal. Bottle counts assume standard 750 ml bottles.
Not medical advice
Our racks are consumer storage products for the home. Stated bottle capacities and load figures come from the manufacturer and assume correct assembly and, for wall racks, fixing into a stud or masonry with suitable hardware. Anything we say about storing wine is general information, not advice about any particular bottle, and we are not a wine merchant.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from reliance on the information on this site. Nothing in this Disclaimer limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under the law, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2022 and the EU Sale of Goods Directive 2019/771.
